writing tunes for the next (eventual) Beatallica c.d. It's a ways off, to be
sure, but we are hard at work going over songs, titles, mash-ups, and all the

To help celebrate, we're taking Grg III to the casino and watching him lose
his shirt...and socks...and boxers..... Hell, what kind of poker is he playing?!
You all have the day off the next day so you have plenty of time to recover
from this escapade:

Beatallica's
Jaymz Lennfield talks about Blood
Beatallica
10/24/09 Happy Halloween, Beatallibangers! Hope you dudes are having fun scaring the scalps off your neighbors’ kids. We know some of you are pretty crafty and don’t mind the sight of blood. So….
We’re pleased as Neil’s poltergoost to spruce up
our website with the “All You Need is Blood” items. Remember, Beatallica
are the first and original band to take on such a challenge as recording a song
in as many languages as we did.
You can pick up the BLOOD
e.p. here!
We’ll have some video clips coming out with members of the band discussing the song so watch for those on viral networks everywhere, including YouTube and Beatallica’s myspace TV: http://www.beatallica.org/videos.htm
Never fear, the Masterful Mystery Tour c.d. will still be bleeding
your face for some time to come. Thanks to all of you who have picked it up.
Do us a solid and rate it on Amazon.com
We’re happy to report that our video for “Fuel on the Hill” is near completion and will be satiating your thirst soon! Ultimate hails to Herr VVeber and Murph Dawg for all their continued stalking and yeoman’s work.
But now for the main event of this emailer. Beatallica is getting ready to metalize your holiday season. We are going to be releasing a special Holiday e.p. on November 17th. Entitled Winter Plunderband, this is a very unique project in several ways. We’re taking on a few Lennon and McCartney tunes without mashing them up. Check em out to see our versions and compare them with the originals. A “guest” appears in one of the tunes…can you figure out who? Also, Winter Plunderband will feature the very first 2 original Beatallica compositions—no mash ups…no Beatle or Metallica lines. It’s all us.
It’s a bit of old school thrashy fun, a little arm-in-arm holiday spirit, some tongue-in-cheek and fist in face bashing, and a bit of ironic twist. Far be it for Beatallica to remain status quo. But…you can only get Winter Plunderband online or at live shows. Plus, as of now, this is a limited run, so you need to get it post haste! The digital version has a cool I-Tunes booklet to go with it with lyrics, art, and various pics of the band on the road. Cheers to Von Munz and Anjl Rodee for all their creative efforts on this! Watch for the online link, and an emailer on the project, in November.
We’ll have Winter Plunderband art on the websites and
video snips out on soon that include discussion about the songs and other holiday
memories from the band. In the meantime, tide yourself over with some new outtake
videos for
“And
I’m Evil” and “I’ll
Just Bleed Your Face"
Our bud Shaku Mays put these together for us. Check out his site at: http://www.kumays.com
Ok then, just when you think that’s all we could possibly
have time for, how about a gig update:

Beatallica is happy to say that the new merch for tour looks awesome. Our bud
out east, Rip Jack, is the mastermind behind our new Ktulu shirt. Give him a
"horns up" on the online forum. We'll have these in Europe, along
with other designs for guys and gals. I hear that new Sgt. Hetfield's patches
and other stuff is lined up for you crazy kids too.....
Can't wait to get out on the road to rock you kids silly.... Oh yeah, here's
those Euro tour dates: http://www.beatallica.org/tour.html
Beatallica
...Beginning of 2009
Hey you bangers in WI and IL, we're here
to tell you about a last minute addition to our calendar. A quick show at:
Sunday January 18 High Noon
Saloon in Madison, WI
Showtime 9:00
with Rust Belt Sermon
It'll be our first show with Grg III so come out and blow off Monday morning
work plans! We had an opening and the itch to quiz our newest Beatallibanger
so what the hell.... Here's a few words from the Grgmeister himself:
hello beatallibangers!
the new grg hammettson here! ( i guess that make
me grg hammettson III ?) in my past life i was known as jeff 'hamtone' hamilton
and toured w/ the violent femmes. but by the grace of the metal gods, jaymz
reminded me that 'back in the day' his thrash band and my thrash band used to
play shows together; jaymz pointed out that it was time for me to get my thrash
back on and asked me to audition for beatallica.
well, after drinking the boys under the table they decided i passed the audition.
looking forward to laying down the metal and whiplashing your town! my 'official'
debut is this coming sunday, jan 18th, at high noon in madison. but we'll also
see you on jan 31st @ the double door in chicago , IL , so come out and say
hey!
thrash out,
grg III
And here's that Chicago date for ya, once again. This one will be a killer nite!:
Saturday January 31 at Double

Check you soon. Right on,
Beatallica
end of 2008...
Hella happy holidayz, you crazy
heshers! Well, we made it through another year. Thanks for sticking with us!
Can't wait to see you kids in 2009.
We're happy to announce a Chicago date coming up quick:
SATURDAY, JANUARY 31 at Double

We love Chicago and it's home away from home for us. Definately come out for
this one--it'll be the debut of our new Grg Hammettson! We'd introduce him to
you now, but Jaymz lost Grg's damn intro statement. Jaymz apparently thought
it was a bill and used it to.....you know......
Speaking of getting to gigging, let's update those tour dates for Europe, shall
we...? See you soon Poland and Belgium--we're happy to be back! We're hitting
some new cities and old stomping grounds. Hope to see you dudes at:

12/6/08: CTHULHU EATS GRG !
Happy holidays, Jingle Bashers!
It's been a while since we sent out an emailer but give us a break! We've
been hard at work recording the follow up c.d. It's nearly done and it sounds
super good! Can't wait to get it out to you all.... However, that does depend
on some various legalities (per usual). We're hard at work on those issues
too and we'll keep you posted on any sort of release date schedule.
So many things going on, but let's get to our Dr. Uber Hesher--Grg Hammettson--for
an important announcement:
Grg Hammettson here to tell you that, during
these troubled times, please don't let your heart be troubled. Our president-elect,
Obama, says that change is good and a change in Beatallica is in order. After
lots of fun, and 75 shows, I have decided that the demands of eating and paying
rent have finally become too much. I am hanging up my Pepper's jacket and
leaving the band called Beatallica.
Don't worry, I like the Beatallica boys just as much now as I did when
we were touring the world these past two years. My passport has a lot of interesting
stamps because of these travels and I have seen much to fill my heart with
wonder.
Through it all, the most amazing part was just getting to meet all you Beatallibangers
in America, Germany, The Netherlands, England, France, Belgium, Switzerland,
Poland, Czech Republic, and South Korea. I wont forget any of you.
I have not stopped playing guitar, oh no. So make sure to keep track of my
original band, Crumpler, at crumplerband.com.
Love,
Grg Hammettson
p.s. I would just like to add that neither Beatallica or Oglio Records forced
me to say any of this.
We'll miss our Grg, for sure. Who else is gonna supply the copious amounts
of candy, soda, and smokes at every rest stop we hit? But as he says, don't
let your heart be troubled. We will be introducing our new guitar player,
already in hand and working on some recording, as soon as he gets scrubbed
up and properly dry cleaned. We've known him for many years, just never played
together. It'll be great to have him on board for when we start touring again
as he has touring experience and is a dude who is on top of things...even
for a rocker....! GRG is dead, long live GRG!
Speaking of that, we're happy to announce European tour dates for the Spring!
More to be announced soon, but here's what we have so far for signed confirmations:
3.27.09 |
Netherlands, Enschede @ Red Ribbon Rock Festival |
3.28.09 |
Netherlands, Drachten @ Club Iduna |
3.29.09 |
Netherlands, Goes @ t’ Beest |
3.31.09 |
France, Paris @ La Scene |
4.02.09 |
Germany,Hamburg @ Ballroom |
4.08.09 |
Germany, Karlsruhe @ Jubez |
4.09.09 |
Switzerland, Luzern @ Schuur |
| 4.11.09
|
Germany, Berlin @ Frannz |
4.13.09 |
Austria, Wien (Vienna) @ Szene |
Besides the Euro dates, we are working with several agencies on the west coast
and northern US for dates. Our aim is to hit Arizona up to Washington, then
back home to Wisconsin. Looking at other dates in that area as well. Time
frame depends on other foreign travels that we are working on at the same
time...... A lot to schedule, but we'll get it done and hit these places we've
wanted to hesh it up with for a loonnnngggg time!
So alright then. Back to Bobby Peru's for more studio shyte.... We'll get
another emailer out post haste with more tour dates, an announcement from
our new 6-stringer, and other album news!

Happy October! We love this "Bloody"
time of year. Though we are hard at work on album #2, it's an important time
for our All You Need is Blood single. We're calling on you Beatallibangers
to make some noise....
You can rate the All You Need is Blood record on Amazon.com. It's gotten some
great comments, but it's time to hear from YOU! The more comments logged,
the more Beatallica will be out there. Click
on this link and make your comments known.
Of course you can still pick up All
You Need is Blood at: http://1800coolcds.stores.yahoo.net/850122.html
And Sgt. Het's at:
http://1800coolcds.stores.yahoo.net/891442.html
We know that you Japanese Beatallibangers are way into it--and we love you
for it! The official Japanese release of Blood comes out on October 8th, along
with a national t.v. campaign to promote the record. Beatallica have done
a lot of home video stuff, some interview pieces, and shots of us just being
goofy. Thanks to the Sony folks for getting this going!
If you want to pick up the imports of Blood and Sgt Het's, check out this
link: http://www.sonymusic.co.jp/beatallica/. The Blood record contains a
new Japanese version of the song. The Sgt Het's record features 3 extra live
tracks from us in Hannover, Germany.
During October, we are abandoning the
studio for a bit and hitting some new cities for gigs. Check us out live at:
Huntington, West Virginia--Friday, October 17 at Club Echo
Raleigh, North Carolina--Saturday, October 18 at
Lincoln Theatre
(Monsters of Mock Festival)
De Kalb, Illinois--Friday, October 31 at
Otto's (Halloween party show)
Besides these shows, Beatallica is already gearing up and making plans for
early - mid 2009. Parts of Europe and, we hope, Japan are being discussed.
Once album #2 hits, we'll be on the road more often, in the U.S. included.
Do you think we like being cooped up? Sure, it's fun to create but it's more
fun to bring it to you live!
Lastly, we want to announce that there has been an official winner in the
House of Hair contest for the Beatallica signed guitar. Congrats go to Scott
Hannah of Seattle, Washington. Thanks for being a hesher, dude! There were
other c.d. prizes given out as well. Right on to Pam at House of Hair and
Ken Siegel at Music Go Round in Milwaukee for picking up the pieces and getting
this taken care of.
Alright then. Off to Flemball's studio to use all sorts of guitars.....Cheers!

9/19/08 International Talk like a pirate day!
Yar mateys! The Buzzbomb show in Chi-town has completely blown up now. The club has keel-haulled all shows til further notice. Go take yer pleasure elsewhere that night!!!
9/10/08 Sony released SHMPB in Japan today!
Hey YOOOAH! Dudes, we are stoked. Not
just cuz of the new Kliff McBurtney beer brewing project (good job, Kliff...),
but because Beatallica is happy to announce something we've been working on
for at least a year now...maybe more.
We now have an official label partner in Japan--none other than Sony ATV.
What a killer thing it is to have overcome the issues of the past to now have
a happy relationship with Sony! In fact, they are super hyped as well. So
much that they are releasing "Sgt. Hetfield's" on Wednesday, September
10 and "All You Need is Blood" on October 1. Order your copies here:
http://www.cdjapan.co.jp/list_from_code_banner.html?key=429943
The "Sgt. Het's" record will have 3 extra live tracks from a show
in Hannover, Germany. The "Blood" disc will be all enclusive with
each translation, a special newly recorded Japanese version of the song, and
an extra DVD of our We Rock City-Japan video. Thanks to Mike VVeber for his
generosity and uber-heshness in allowing Sony to use this and getting us a
Japanese Beatallica photo from that session

All of this is a huge step for Beatallica. Of course the next goal will be
to hopefully tour Japan in support of the discs. It's up to YOU Beatallibangers
out there in Japan and elsewhere to grab the discs and let the folks in the
business know that you want Beatallica in Japan! Watch for many articles to
come out in September and October, including Guitar Mag, Burrn, Strange Days,
Record Collecters Mag, and Barks).
But, though we are crazy over this development, we do have things to concentrate
on at home. How bout some gigs in new cities around the US?
FRIDAY, OCT 17 Huntington, West Virginia at Club Echo
SAT, OCT 18 Festival Show-Raleigh, North Carolina at Lincoln
Theatre
FRIDAY, OCT 24 Chicago, Illinois at Buzzbomb

On the recording side of things, drums are now done for album 2. Next step
is the strings. Jaymz will be laying down his scorching bouzouki parts soon....WTF....
Due to legal jive, the record name is not able to be announced just yet. We
are working on song clearances and, well...you know how that goes....But no
worries as we have plenty to share with you. You'll just have to come see
us live to hear some of the new shyte before it goes to press!
We leave you with these fun tidbits. Beatallica members in their other projects

Hey heshers, the Buzzbomb date in Chicago got blown back to:
Friday, October 24 - Reset your pda!
7/4/08 - Happy 232nd B-Day USA!
Hella yeah! Man, to those of you in the Midwest of
the U.S., hope you're ok with all the damn rain.
And welcome to you new Beatallibangers. Hope you are ready to be interactive
with us cuz we have some jobs for you...
First off, join us for a killer time--outdoors--in Green Bay, WI
BEATALLICA AT DOUBLE'S
SATURDAY, AUGUST 30
740 N. Memorial Dr.
http://www.myspace.com/doublesbar
The whole night will be filled with outdoor music and an indoor party afterwards.
Plus, it's Trixi's birthday! Come wish the best merch person in the land a
happy day and buy her a drink, or a new fez, or just pick her up and spin
her over your head. She loves that....
For you street teamers, get the word out about the Green Bay show by blogging,
hassling the Razor 94.7 radio station, and getting flyers to anywhere heshers
hang out. Flyers for the show and the record in general will be right on the
site on the NEWS page in about a week. Street teamers should let us know their
doings so we can get them well-deserved Beatallica stuff! Even if we're not
in your town, your assistance on-line, with radio, mags, or wherever is very
important!
Second, you can now rate the new Beatallica maxi-single "All You Need
is Blood" on Amazon. Click
this link and rate the record:

I-Tunes
Lyrics for the groundbreaking single, including translations in full, are
now on the site in the MUSIC page (Jaymz' tongue-tied mistakes not included).
For those of you inquiring minds out there, it's time for all of you to help
us re-do some sections for our site! We're looking to update our Q & A/biography
board. Sure we could put up the same old crappe, but we want you to jab at
us a little. We
are asking all Beatallibangers to send in questions to us. What would
you like to know about certain band members? What does Grg's cat do to his
pants? It could be anything...really, we've just about heard it all. Send
your questions, we'll divide them up, and each band member will update their
bio page accordingly. Deadline for questions is August 1st.
As Vivian would say: "Yes, we have a video!"
Well, we at least have a bunch of hesh videos of us filming each other...and
a fantastic interview video of us with live footage from Warsaw, Poland. Check
those out on the site, Myspace T.V., You Tube, or wherever bizarre posts are
found. We are looking into making a video page for the
site. Tell our webdude you want to see just what sort of grooming products
Ringo uses....and how.....
Lastly, besides video, Beatallica is compiling audio from our live recording
in Milwaukee last month. We'll be plowing through that and saving the best
stuff for possible future releases. And, speaking of the future, we're happy
to report that preliminary arrangement for the second Beatallica record looks
like it will begin in August. We have 12 - 16 songs to consider and we are
definately hyped to begin. For those of you who have been to live shows over
the last year, you've heard some of these. But of course, some have not been
played out live so we can keep them a complete secret. No due date or anything
on a second record as we're in the very beginning stages of organizing and
there is still some secretarial work to be completed, but we are anxious to
get this out to you Beatallibangers as soon as we can.
To those in the U.S., happy birthday. To those world-wide, thanks for being
a hesher!

possible. Cheers to all the hesher Beatallibangers out there who got together
and used their heads for more than banging.
A mighty hail* to y'all for the support.

Oh YEAH! Thanks to all of you new Beatallibangers
out there from Milwaukee, Chicago, Indy, and Pitt areas. We've had some great
times in April (especially with The Motorpsychos and crew from Pitt http://www.motorpsychosrock.com/)
and now it's time to get on with May. We wanted to send out one last emailer
before we split for Europe...new tunes in hand....
We'll be in Germany, Belgium, Poland, and Czech Republic coming up over the
next few weeks. Many thanks to Tomasz and Metal Mind Productions-Poland for
getting us on the ground with the record! But we also want to let you hometowners
know about some Wisconsin shows:
Thursday, June 5
Miramar Theatre in Milwaukee, WI
**this show will be a live audio recording!!**
Speaking of the sites, you can check out the conclusive part 3 of our "All

best again) on there and links to us on myspace TV. Or you can just be a lazy
hesher and click: http://vids.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=vids.channel&ChannelID=3028529
"All You Need is Blood" comes out officially on May 20....but we will
have the disc, and new Drinkus Maximus tour shirts, available at all upcoming
shows. Of course the Sgt. Hetfield's disc will be there too, but you can always
pick up a copy at your local c.d. retailer or at this link: http://1800coolcds.stores.yahoo.net/891442.html
For you street teamers, get those album flyers out there (available on the NEWS
page), blog the hell out of your friends, and hassle your local radio stations
to play us. We are happy to have you so let us know what sorts of things you
are doing to help spread the word about Beatallica. You guys rule!
We can't wait to see you in Europe! Jaymz demands his new favorite brew, Kasteel,
from some of you! However, we will have warm thoughts of home as Beatallica
is happy to announce they have won a Wisconsin Area Music Award for the second
year in a row. It's our 3rd nomination in all and we really appreciate the hometown
folks giving us the thumbs up! Check out WAMI at: http://www.wamimusic.com
See you when we get there or when we get back. Can't wait to have fun with y'all...!
ALL YOU NEED IS THIS BLOODY BLOG
Part three
The line up of the songs was something we sort of struggled with. How were we to pick an appropriate order without offending someone? Really we tried to do it alphabetically, but somehow the order of the songs was mixed up a bit. Only after re-listening to the tracks did we realize that the back cover art was a different listing than what was on the master c.d. Funny how Portuguese doesn’t sound like Polish and Estonian doesn’t sound like Spanish. Thank God we found that error! In an 11th hour maneuver, we switched the song listings on the art, and ran with it.
The anthems to start each song were another point of contention. For each language, one, two, or more countries could’ve been included as the “home country” (i.e. Spanish is spoken in Spain, Mexico, and others). We simply went with the anthem of the country where each translator is from. It was a great learning experience to research each anthem and hear them all in their entirety before we decided on which lines to use.
The artwork was another piece we really wanted to have a good time with. Far be it for us to play “dress up”! We have some great friends and family from the Milwaukee/Chicago area, and some of those folks are in the art work. The photo session was a blast and done at a local Milwaukee hang out called The Monkey Bar (thanks, Di!) Other folks on the cover art include Uber heshers VVeber and Murphy, Trixi Pi (Beatallica’s merch dominatrix and blood splatterer), Mrs. Jaymz, and Betsy B.
So that brings us to May, 2008. With the release of “All You Need is Blood” set for thismonth, we are happy, relieved, and excited to get it to you! We hope you find it to be an interesting experiment and one that was worth waiting for. Again, all translations are “as is” with no guidance except for what was given to us on paper so if the lyrics for your country are indiscernible, actually about turkey stuffing and tractor tires, or are just a bunch of cussing and crap, then…well….you come down to the studio or send us a new translation and we’ll do it again! By the way, Flemball is into the idea of keeping the “Blood” project eternally open for more translations from different countries (sorry we missed you, Japan….). So if you, or some of your Beatallibanging buds, want to re-do the lyrics in your own tongue, then let us know. Shoot us an email to our website or myspace and we’ll start to compile more.
Until then, take easy…take it sleazy….And many many thanks to the translators, credited on the record. You have been Beatallibangers of the highest order from the start and you will always be #1 to us, you bloody bastards….

Part two
So our target date was Valentine’s Day, 2005 to release the “All You Need is Blood” to the masses. Of course, without re-hashing history too much, we know what happened at that time. The week we were to release “All You Need is Blood” was the same week we had the fortunes of the band change in regards to the past legal issues. The song was indefinately put on hold, as far as releasing it on the internet.
That didn’t stop us from playing the song live, and play it we did throughout 2005 and 2006. The tune quickly became a crowd favorite due to it timelessness, sense of fun, and myth surrounding it. Over the last few years, the song has changed a bit in tempo, overall attack lyrically, somewhat in vocal melody. Basically, as the band got better at its craft, the song became a better staple in the set list.
After the legal portion of our lives was done and we signed with Oglio on September 27th, 2006 (20 anniversary of Cliff Burton’s passing), we began making plans to get the song out. But, man, we couldn’t just put it on the Sgt. Hetfield’s disc and bury it somewhere in the line up. The tune had too much history for Beatallibangers and ourselves. We decided to give it a special treatment as a “cheers!” to the translators. In July of 2007, just as Sgt. Het’s was being released, we gave the track a listen and really analyzed what was going on with it. Remember, by this time, Beatallica had grown to be not only a full-fledged live band, but a four piece recording ensemble. The days of it being a two member studio performance crew were gone, and for good reason. The entirety of the band was clicking and we came to the conclusion to re-record the project with Ringo on drums, Kliff on bass, and Grg on guitar. Jaymz didn’t just sing, he played his guitar parts as well.
Overall we felt that the song, as it sat, was a little lifeless. Ringo, as the time keeper, had strong feelings about the urgency of the song and he was itching to take the studio tune to where it was in a live setting. We’d been playing it for so long now and we thought we could make it move more and have much more fun with it. Of course Flemball nearly had a heart attack when we told him we were going to start all over. But he was a good sport about it and, in the end, has become quite a vital part to the creativity of “All You Need is Blood”. In the late summer of 2007, we began tracking for a second time.
Besides the lyrics being a focal point, the guitar work was a major undertaking. Grg’s work and varied lines on each version took a bit of time. So did each intro in regards to research and selection of the proper part for the song. We really wanted to make each version be it’s own thing….This is where Flemball and Jaymz sort of went crazy. Flemball recorded Jaymz doing all sort of oddball things: recitations; playing bouzouki, harmonica, pennywhistle, and broken glass; imitations…..Flemball mixed up each version into its own “bloody stew”, served it chilled, and said “bon appetit, heshers!” We heard it, in it’s completed form for the first time, upon us landing after our December 2007 Euro tour.
ALL YOU NEED IS THIS BLOODY BLOG
Part one
So, finally the season of Blood is upon us. Man, this has been seriously like 4 years in the making. Over the next weeks, we’ll be posting a series of notes explaining what the song “All You Need is Blood” is, what it isn’t, how it came to be, and how it’s developed over the years. Officially, the single is due for U.S. release on MAY 20 ,and early June overseas, but we will have them at the shows, so come hear it for youself.
The song is one of the first tunes written after the release of our second batch of MP3s. We had our first show booked in El Paso, Texas and we wanted to get some fresh material into our repertoire. From the beginning, the band has always had a great relationship with their Beatallibanger following, and we wanted to include them in being creative in some way. For those of you who have been to the forum, you are very well aware of song title suggestions, lyrical attempts, and overall enthusiasm by the ambitious folks who are Beatallibangers. “All You Need is Blood” is our way of getting a chosen few involved.
By mid-2004, we had the song title in hand, had lyrics and music, but were searching for something to push the song over the top. Beatles followers are well aware of the French National Anthem beginning on “All You Need is Love” and the video broadcast of the song. What a great way to reach out around the world….That’s what the Beatles were aiming for: including the whole world in their project. Now, their song is about love, ours is about blood. Hmmm…how could we share blood in a fun and metal way?….botched transfusions in the back alley behind Kliff’s house?….
We decided to contact bangers from around the world who had become fans of the band. In an emailer, we invited people to step forward and translate the lyrics to the song. We would send them the original American English lyrics, swear the translators to secrecy, and have them send their translations back to us in their native tongue. Keep in mind, that some words and/or phrases don’t translate especially fluidly. That’s where the creativity of the Beatallibangers comes in. They have used their freedom of thought and speech, creative flair, and metal minds to bridge the gap between lost translation and Beatalli-bliss.
Once we got the translations back, it was time to push Jaymz and engineer Flemball Rasmartin to the limits in the studio. That began in fall of 2004. Doing the music was relatively easy but note that Jaymz doesn’t speak most of these languages… Hell, he can barely speak proper English most days. So this was the challenge. In the translations, we asked the translators to produce the song phonetically so we could see accents, vowel sounds, how things were layed out. If a Beatallibanger chose to put something into the lyrics, then that’s what we put on tape. The lyrics of each of the versions are exactly as they were sent to us. Keeping syllables in line with the meter of the song was very much a trial and error experiment. Some lines in English that may be like 10 syllables, are now 14, 15, 16 syllables in other languages. Jaymz and Flemball worked on flow of lyrical lines, how to keep a tune to them, and how to make them as powerful as possible from a delivery standpoint.
How many times did Flemball squirt tea out
his nose listening to Jaymz’ attempts? Only the mixing board knows…..But
there are “outtakes”, as accumulated by Flemball, of Jaymz’
mistakes, trip ups, and crack ups. If you ask him nicely, maybe Flemball will
release that….
to be continued...

Anyway, thanks to all of you Madison die-hards that braved the weather to check

We did just book some regional shows for April. More details to follow soon.
And yes, we are still working on Europe for May. We hope to hit new parts of
the continent in conjunction with the release of "Sgt. Hetfield's Motorbreath
Pub Band" in Poland. Watch for that on February 11th in Poland! Thanks
to the folks at Metal Mind!
Over the last few weeks, and throughout the next several, we are continuing

of info written by the band. This will be fun!
Lastly, to answer some questions a few of you have been sending us: yes, we
are working on new tunes. yes, we are playing some live. no, we wont tell you
what they are over emails--you need to come check us out at a gig! That's the
best part...seeing it live. Regarding the upcoming single: it has to do with
a red and sticky substance. No, it's not the remains of a jelly donut running
down Grg's chin....Watch for that in April with more precise news coming soon.
See you kids soon! Ta Hell with this winter crappe.....
JANUARY 2008: THE YEAR OF BLOOD
Hell yeah! Happy 2008
to all the Beatallibangers out there. Thanks to you stalwarts and cheers to
the new folks we picked up along the way in Europe. Grg posted some new pics
of our tour on our site.
Come check them out!
We have some cool things to get to for our first emailer of the year....2 Midwestern
shows. Be there! Flyers available for download for Street Teamers Be sure to
document your activity and send it to us at this address. For those of you wanting

Sgt. Hetfield album flyers soon for you to distribute at your favorite clubs,
pubs, tattoo shops, music gear shops, or wherever heshers hang out in your area.
The street team is a new thing for us and we are formulating shirts and other
prizes for Beatallica Street Teamers.
Great news! The new Beatallica single is aimed to be full-on in your face by
late April. That includes world-wide distribution as we know you crazies in
Europe, Japan, and Australia are hounding us about it. We plan to do shows starting
in late April into May to promote the single. We'll be pushing it all summer
long so keep your ears and eyes open for gigs in your area of the world. The
single will be something never attempted before...seriously. We've had the help
of more than several fans on this. We'll send out a separate emailer explaining
ourselves as it approaches.
Until then, if you haven't picked up the Sgt. Hetfield's record,...what are
you waiting for?! The more the record gets out there, the more we get to come
play it for you live. It's an awesome mix of new, old, and updated material.
Get out to your local store (cuz you should support them too), plunk it down,
and grab a 4 pack of Guinness on the way home. You can pick it up at this link:
http://1800coolcds.stores.yahoo.net/891442.html
It's also for you on
I-Tunes
Over the next months, we'll be putting up more posts and little snippets about
song history, song composing, dirty band secrets, and how much Ringo actually
spent at Mexican restaurants since we've been back home. This will be fun and
we hope you dig it!
Happy Anniversary to our forum! On February 7th, we will be celebrating 1 year
of posting on our new forum. So, MurphDawg had a great idea: Log in to our forum
on February 7th at 4:20 p.m. New York City time. We will see how many of you
are on at the same time. Murph wants to break the current record of most users
on line at the same time on our forum. Give him a cheer and think of Kliff when
you log in.
We're looking forward to a fun and successful year but we can't do it without
you. Hassle those radio stations, hassle your clubs and promoters, grab the
disc off the shelves, and have a hella good time. We want to come see you soon
and the more buzz there is, the better chance we'll be in your town...at your
house...in your kitchen
....Jaymz prefers grilled salmon.....
Right on,

hey all. writing from
krefeld, germany and heading up to netherlands tonite. the weather here has
been rainy and gloomy but our spirits are still high as we head into the weekend.
definately looking forward to amsterdam, paris, and more.
we have a bunch of press scheduled for both france shows. we will make another
post about all them once completed.
it was really nice to meet up with friends in osnabrueck and krefeld this week.
we have great beatallibangers here in germany and we appreciate all of them!
we also had the chance to meet our German distribution company team--Cargo Records.
thanks to all the gang for a nice lunch and we hope to see you again very soon!
overall, we are tired (of course) but we are managing. the van looks good still
but our ´wet bar´seems to be overtaking most of the floor space.....
and we now have a new travel companion--Vera. we met her at a gas station in
Germany. Ringo took a liking to her and he makes sure she is nice and inflated......hell,
she was only 3 Euro and she doesn´t take up catering space.
we will get back to you all once we hit the beginning of next week. just too
much to do right now but that´s a good thing...we hope. during this time
of year, we miss you kids back home an awful lot. we do Hey Dude for our solids

Say HEY, everyone! Writing
from Karlsruhe, Germany right now. We start in about an hour and I wanted to
get a post out to you about the last several shows.
Yes, I firmly believe that Copenhagen was awesome, but Amsterdam's gig was simply
amazing. Folks were so enthused and so were we! Met some old friends there (Miller,
Eric from Die Kruezen, Palm Special) and we made plenty of new ones. The gig
was great and the new tunes are coming along quite nicely in a live setting.
Paris was also really super cool. Got to play with Outburst, a Parisian band
that we really enjoyed. Did some press stuff for interviews, video, and whatnot
as well. One of the great things about playing gigs with other bands and crew
is the dinner hour. It is really a nice time just chatting, chowing, and hanging
out. Not so chaotic like the rest of the hours at a venue.....At half of our
shows, it's just us playing with no opener. I miss not having other bands around,
the networking and such. But that's how it is sometimes.
Thanks so much to Silly Twats in Lyon for being ultimately generous. These guys
are some of the greatest people we have met in Europe and their hospitality
will not be forgotten. Cheers to you dudes! The gig was on a riverboat and the
view was really something different. We could see that we were halfway underwater
when we looked out the porthole windows. Also, watch for an interview with us
on Radio Metal in France coming soon....
And Zurich. What can we say? It was sold out. It was killer. What a way to spend
our first time in the city....Wish we could have seen more of the cities the
last few days, but the travels have been long. Will be better these last few
shows, but you never know what comes up to eat up your time. Sleeping decently
would be nice.....
Though Milwaukee is getting "trapped under ice" these days, I am totally
looking forward to coming home for Christmas. We miss our folks and friends
but we are surely thankful for new and old buds here in Europe. Plus I get to
announce Grg as a different name each nite which is loads of fun. Watch for
a post on the forum regarding that sometime soon.....
See you back in the States soon! Jaymz

ho ho ho, all. last show is tonite in Saarbruecken, Germany. near the French border and the Rhine. the weather here has been sunny during the day lately. makes it great for scenery with the frost covered trees. much better than the hell winters of Wisconsin from what we hear.
getting back into Germany has brought us some sickness. not cuz of the Germans, but simply from being on a bus together in close quarters. everyone's immune systems are down, i'm sure. i've got a cold, so does Grg. our tour manager, Tanja, straight up puked in front of our hotel just as a city bus was pulling up. classic......the only healthy one has been Kliff, and he goes at it the most, i think....how does that work?
thanks to the rabid Beatallibangers, we are nearly all sold out of every shirt we have. we have like 4 t-shirts (all smalls) and a few girlies and that is everything. down to taking orders. thanks for that!
been getting some new song ideas too. not for new tunes but for 2 existing ones. they were written early on in our songwriting ventures and we just think we can do a better job at delivering a fun and powerful song. of course, if i told you the titles, Ringo would have to kill you.....the new tunes are going over quite well, glad to say. once we return home, we'll take a few weeks off and hit the rehearsal studio as we'll have at least 4 tunes to hammer out.
i'm really looking forward to christmas and new year's this coming week. being away from home is always fun as we are all pretty tight, but being home for holidayz is something i always loved. my folks are into it and my gramma lived for it (miss her 20 types of cookies and fudge). plus new year's is at my house this year and a Badger football game the next day. right on!
many plans in store for 2008. will be trying to formulate some things over the next 2 months so watch the board and emails for updates. til then, have a wonderful holiday season and thanks for having us back in the U.S.!

debut disc, Sgt. Hetfield's Motorbreath Pub Band, reached #9 on the Billboard
Album Chart for comedy here in the U.S.A.? Of course Beatallica is meant to

show. We've been waiting to release this for years. There was a gang of Beatallibangers

bit daring.... We've never done things the easy way--we nearly never did things
at all. This single is for you heshers around the world who have been solid
with us and who make us feel very lucky each and every time we get to just be

For those of you in Europe, have you seen us in Rock Hard Mag in Germany and
France? Spain is coming up soon.
Our good friend Tim at Mass Movement Mag (U.K.) has a new novel about punk rock
and all that craziness that goes along with it. It's called "Compression".
Check it at: http://blogcritics.org/archives/2007/08/06/005859.php
We do want to send our apologies to those of you who may have been spammed via
our myspace. Like many myspaces, they get broken into and hacked by losers who
have no lives. Spam sucks and we've changed our shyte so you don't get any mails
about winning free gift cards, Grg's stanky clodhoppers, or whatever. Thanks
to you guys who brought it to our attention a.s.a.p.!
Lastly, we do want to let you know that we are working on new tunes and a new
single. We'll be debuting about 4 new songs in December when we hit Europe.
The single is planned for next March. Believe us when we say it's been a looonng
time coming for this one. The project is highly ambitious and Jaymz is doing
things that no human should be doing on tape......No, not THAT! You heshers
are disturbing......but we love it!
Watch for updates soon. Or, just come visit us on our sites. Bring a pie--pie--pie,

9/15/07--Show updates for U.S. and Europe
Good morning, kids. Had a great time with Josh and the folks from Royal Flush
mag and rocking out with Clutch and Fiend Without a Face in NYC. The generosity
of those involved was so appreciated! Plus, being able to share the stage with
Brent and Braun from Mastodon (who played with Fiend) was just really super
cool. I consider Mastodon to be one of the top-notch U.S. metal bands out there.
Will be a pleasure to run into those guys again when they hit the Brew City
and talk hockey...!
We also did the Transworld Conference in Saratoga Springs, NY. It's fancy. We're
not. So what else is new?! We did the event with Shaggy, Chaka Khan, Boys II
Men and more. So which band is the fish out of water here....? Seriously, it
was a wonderful experience and it was cool to meet Lou and Mark, our Fontana
reps, at the event. Kliff wasn't wearing a tie but he did tie one on : Whiplash,
Absolute and blowing chunks.
Here are some show updates and loose talk about plans. As a reminder, we want
to see you all at Vnuk's in Milwaukee on Oct 19. Also at Pop's in St. Louis
on Oct 26. Besides that, we are trying to formulate a Chicago or nearby Wisconsin
date in there close to Halloween.
Already talk about us hitting Europe again just before Christmas. We hope to
have some solid info for you soon. As of now, we are aiming for like December
5 - 21. Grg can't wait to get back to mainland Europe and see his "Deutchen
Madchen". Looking at adding some other areas we haven't hit before. Can't
reveal that just yet as we don't want to say something then jive out on it,
ya know...?
"Let me introduce to you...." Craig Grossman from Green Room Music
Source. He is working on U.S. routing for us for the late winter/early spring.
Again, looking to get into areas we haven't hit before and we have included
Canada in our wish list. We have requested multiple areas to attack so once
we know, we'll let you know. Hoping to have info on that by the end of October.
"WE'RE 1...WE'RE 1....!" Sure, in having a good time, but that's a
given. I'm talking about Tower Records sales charts in Japan. Beatallica is
the first indy band to hit 1 there in some time. It's great to hear such enthusiasm
from a place we intend on bashing in the future. We are so looking forward to
hitting the turf there someday.
For those of you in Australia, the buzz is heating up. Beatallica is doing rounds
of press down under in the next week including Undercover.com.au, Rave Magazine,
The Dwarf.com.au, 2NCR FM in Lismore, Sunshine Coast Daily, and SYN FM in Melbourne.
Hassle the venue/promoter folks down there and tell 'em you want to become official
live show Beatallibangers!
That's all for now. Time to hit the Chinese/Italian/American/Indian buffet across
the street.....Of course, Ringo is leading the charge.....

06/06/07 - Happy National Slayer Day!
Kliff's notes: "So three weeks ago we played the
gig in Camden, London. Jaymz was wearing his beloved Hamburgler shirt, and some
besotted lad obviously "up in his cups" comes up to me after the show
and insists that the Hamburgler character was a product of Burger
King. I tried to inform my new friend that he was erroneous and that the
image was McDonald's. This only served to enrage the debate over the
character's home corporation, and realizing my advantage, I bet this young lad
a "fiver" that I was right. When a friend of his confirmed the validity
of my statement, I went to collect, only to find the rapscallion had absconded
with my prize money. Persuit ensued. I followed him upstairs to the World's
End and offered to let him off the hook if he just bought me a pint. Still no
prize was forthcoming, and this rouge left with an "I'll send it to ya."
remark. Needless to say, I did not hold my breath. Luckily a kind man, who was
actually a British "bobby" saw my plight and bought me 6 Magners since
it was drink up time, but that is another story...
Today
I received this:

it contained this:

Well done Steve, Good On Ya for your honesty! You are a drunken, ignorant git... but yer an honorable one, and a right bastard to boot! Now use that righteous indignation and tell your mate to get you a bloody pint!"
Cheers mate!

European Tour '07 -Blog Pt.6 - Final Chapter
Whew...! Back in the U.S.
f**kin' A. I wanted to give one last post since we did some other travelling
before we ended....
Thanks to those of you who came out to Hamburg, Lubeck, and London! We've been
to Hamburg 3 times now and had some wonderful off days there. The best part
was seeing a Japanese drum show at a locale called Fabrik. Rudi from Dr. Rock
got us tickets and it was a pleasure to watch other artists in action. Really
entertaining! We lost Kliff to the clutches of Torben that nite but got him
back no worse for the wear. Torben, thinking I was the softy of Beatallica,
jokingly accused me of being a Kelly Clarkson fan! With the dark winds of the
ancient emperors behind me, and the rivers running red with the blood of the
unbelievers, I'll school you someday soon, my friend....!
The weather wasn't very good over the week so we appreciate those folks that
came out in the wind and rain to join us. After getting our fill of the Reepberbahn
and the port cities of northern Germany, we boarded a plane and headed to London.
Thank God our luggage made it this time....! We hustled off to the Underworld,
met Abbatoir and the gang, and the doors opened quickly.
Another great show in London, really. The crowd there was killer once again
and sang their guts out. Nice to hang with Rubberduck for a bit too! But, alas,
time was short, and we needed to board another plane the next morning to get
back home. But why hurry? The Chicago traffic was hell as we arrived just in
time for rush hour. Perfect. Nothing an extended stay at Taco Bell wouldn't
fix though. Me and Ringo were dying for any semblence of Mexican food. I think
he took stock in the company. Hell, once home, me and the missus went out for
some more real Mexican in Milwaukee and drank margaritas til I could barely
hold my eyes open. It was nice to be home, man.
The tour was through, though we did one more date in Minneapolis. Great to see
my good bud Ellen, the fine Irish lass she is. We had a chance to kick around
the river area and Grg took about 800 more pics. "It's all about composition"
with him....
Hope you all enjoyed the bit of updates I had time for! Now go check out the
rest of the site for more dates that we have in store. Shows are being added
and worked on as we speak for here in the states and elsewhere. Mega amounts
of press to follow in regards to the record release on July 10. Watch for us
on t.v., radio, print, in giveaways, and all that crazy stuff.
SEE YOU ON TOUR....AGAIN!

European Tour '07 -Blog Pt.5
Hey heshers! Sorry it has been a bit since the last post.
We ran into some communication issues at some places we were at and didn't have
a lot of access to mail or phones. So, here is what has been going on since
I last spoke with y'all.....
The weather here has been touchy lately. Storms and rain and such made for some
treacherous autobahn driving. Nothing like the blizzard in Buffalo last year
or anything, but cheers to Ringo and Tanja for handling the bus like they did.
Folks have been posting some pics from shows last week in Bochum and Dresden.
Take a look on our forum. The show in Dresden was really cool. Hadn't been there
before but we do hope to return. Tante Ju is a club built by musicians for musicians
type of place. The grub was really great and it was the nicest band apartment
we have stayed in. For those of you who haven't experienced the band apartment
life, be warned. It aint pretty sometimes....But this place was very well kept
and had plenty of space. Our buds Hemi and Suspiria came out and brought their
cohort, Dave. Great to see them!
We did Hannover last nite in another nice venue, MusikZentrum. The staff there
were some of the coolest we have met. And, to our surprise, we were told that
we have been some of the nicest Yanks folks around here have had come play.
That means a lot to us as we really do strive to be good folks. Watch for an
interview link from that show to come out sometime after we return home. Dennis
and Bass Inc showed their faces again and delivered us more shots from Murph
Dawg. That was the easiest thing I had to do all day...!
The tour shirts have been going like crazy! We are down to our last 2 tour shirts.
We will continue to use the image for other tours and such, so if you dig the
album cover, you will dig the shirt! To the folks in Hamburg, Luebeck, and London...don't
fear. We will have other merch and order forms for Motorbreath shirts with us.
Of course, all is not fun and games. Every band runs into issues with touring
so I don't want you all to think this is some la-la land we live in. While dirty
laundry doesn't need to be aired (just washed.....shit, i need to do some damn
laundry.....), we do admit that there are pitfalls to be aware of. Part of the
game, I suppose.....
So alright then. Looking forward to coming home to see friends and family, but
also looking forward to 3 more killer gigs before we head back across the big
pond. I will try to post another blog within a few days or so....Ta-ta for now!
05/08/07
European Tour '07 -Blog Pt.4
hey kids! writing from frankfurt
now. raining like hell outside. catching up on email, laundry, the many cases
of beer left over from gigs.....
well, where to start..? how bout Paris?
holy crappe, what a great gig! it was our first time there so it was so nice
to finally destroy a room there! we met all sorts of killer folks, had a wonderful
meal with red wine on the patio, and sweated our arses off. it was easily the
hottest show on stage so far. can't wait to come back there and play with our
new friends in Silly Twats who opened the show. cheers, mates!
stuttgart was alright too but we had a casualty, unfortunately. my precious
Misfits 'Wolf's Blood' shirt met its inevitable demise. i've had that shirt
forever and it was all tattered, holed-up, barely making it through the wash.
all the sweat on me from the gig actually pulled the remains right off my shoulders.
i could feel it give its final rips and that was its last gig. of course i saved
the corpse and it will be lie in state in my basement pub. oh, we had a bus
party with quite a few beatallibangers after the show and Grg rolled in about
7 a.m. after a long nite out.....
Amberg, the Vienna replacement gig, was next. had a huge classic Bavarian meal
then proceded to the club. half way through the set, all the power went out.
beautiful. must've been the roast beast Kliff ate that sent shock waves through
the system....or his system....so, i got folks to sit around in a circle with
me while i made up risque lyrics to Kumbaya and Drunken Sailor. seriously. after
several shots of Jager, the power came back on but with limited lighting. no
worries...we did 2 encores and Ringo was pantless by night's end. quite an eve.
wish we could see Vienna again though....funny how promoters pull gigs less
than 2 weeks before the date with no thoughts to anyone else. we'll get back
to the area for sure. it's one of my fave cities anywhere....
plenty going on back home with album release prep, new promo video (weber and
murph rule!) myspace updating, and talks of other events overseas....not just
in europe....get ready for an all out blitzkrieg!
alright, time for crashing out. talk to you all later.....jaymz

European Tour '07 -Blog Pt.3
hey all, writing from cologne, germany. the weather has
been really beautiful here. it seems like it always is when we play in europe....
we just spent 3 days in the netherlands and it was quite an experience! we played
in arnheim at the kings of metal festival. it was a bit harrowing at first as,
when we arrived, we we quickly found out that we were the least brutal of all
the bands. we had visions of us being torn limb from limb and sacrificed to
asmodeus....but we made friends fast and had a great set. we even played about
20 extra minutes so we busted out some tunes not originally on our set list.
happy to do that.
the staff there was really cool and i think...hope....they appreciated a bit
of comic relief from the corpse paint-gutteral screamers. i listen to that stuff
too, but a whole day of it would make my brain long for lyle lovett....we spent
some time with the guys in isthar (NL) and onslaught (UK). cheers to ya, kids!
the day we played was Queensday holiday so the whole country was going crazy
with partying and revelry. grg and kliff were nearly left behind in the city
as they were having a blast. plus, kliff got his luggage back finally so he
was in a stellar mood. all in tact, we headed for amsterdam and an off day.....
of course we hit all the main stops...red light district and coffee shops, to
be exact. and no, mom, i spent my euro on other things....for those of you who
have been there, you know how undeniably incredible the city is. for those of
you who have not been there, you have to go at least once to check it out. the
history and culture are something to see, for sure.
we played last nite in heerhugowaard, NL. what a killer place the Tempel was.
holy crappe...! the hospitality was unmatched by nearly any place we have ever
been. the scenery was killer. a lot of open space (rare in NL), waterfronts,
a full moon, awesome weather. simply one of those places you want to go to again
and again. man, it was really sort of embarassing how well they treated us.
and the crowd there was so enthusiastic! we met a ton of new beatallibangers
who are now in our control and we are happy to have them with us! it really
was a pleasure to be there and we thank all the staff there from the bottom
of our metal hearts.
tonite is cologne, where we have been before. tomorrow, paris, where we have
not been. looking forward to both!
04/30/07
European Tour '07 -Blog Pt.2
alright, kids! it's 1:30
Nurnberg time here as I type. just did our show at Hirsch in the city. wow,
what a nice place! the sound and club was really a pleasure to be at. Ringo
had been there last year to see the one and only Krokus...really! the food was
fantastic....it'll be hard to top the meal. and i got salad AND mashed taters....
the hotel we are at is one of the nicest places i have been in. only the place
in Bochum from a while back was better. i wish we had our off day tomorrow so
we could take advantage of the sauna, workout room, grub, internet, beer garden
(OOH YEAH!) and overall chill factor at the park the place is in. simply outstanding
on a beautiful day like today....
the gig was pretty cool. i think we played well. we met a bunch of folks from
the st. germany metallica club which was great. some of them will meet us again
in hamburg. to have folks trapse around the country is sort of humbling....Grg
and Kliff played a tune with Dr. Rock too. pretty fun stuff.
oh, Grg just mentioned that he is a lightweight and can't keep up with the amount
of alcohol....and we took him along cuz why then.....? ah well. it's a learning
experience for all of us in some ways....
the berlin show was another one where we met up with a bunch of folks. the crazies
from the forum some of you know: dennis, hemi, bass inc., funker. awesome to
see them again. but alas, not much time is spent cuz it's working time...the
show was a bit more frenetic than the nurnberg gig, but you know what that means....more
hesh!
yes, murph and weber...we did do the shots you sent! and got the beatalli-laws
shirts. since kliff still doesn't have his luggage (nor his costumes...nor we
our girly shirts....), any piece of clothing is valued. we did get kliff some
stuff from a nearby store to make him smell decent. he is a good sport about
the hassle. i think most folks would be majorly upset, but kliff is hanging
in there. the band is doing the best it can with a costume-less bass player.
sooner or later, he'll be in a dress or something.....
we're off to Arnheim in the Netherlands tomorrow...really fucking early. it'll
be a long trip for the kings of metal festival. but hey, if we are kings, we
wont deny the subjects! bring me my red wine and turkey leg, wench!....

European Tour '07 Blog Pt.1
hey all! well we arrived
in hamburg....but our shit did not. seriously. all of our instruments, costumes,
and kliff's personal stuff was lost in chicago...
but, wait! as i write this, it just got delivered to the hotel. like right now.
is that karma or what?!
oh wait....kliff's stuff isn't here. will he be dressing like Grg? only tomorrow
will tell. for now, it's off to the Reeperbahn to celebrate Rudi's birthday.....
talk to you soon after the first gig. i've been up for nearly 48 hours dealing
with flights and a sister in law's successful surgery. tired as hell but ready
to go, i think.

(This just in: as we ready
to board a plane!)
Hey kids,
Due to promoters not holding up their end of the bargain and backing out, the
show in Vienna has been cancelled for May 6. Instead, Beatallica will be at
Rock Domizil in Amberg (Bavaria) on May 5: http://www.rockdomizil.de.
We apologize to those folks who were coming to the Vienna show as we love the
city! We invite the promoter to check us out on You Tube and watch the video
clip from our last show in Vienna to see what they are missing.
See you in Bavaria!
4/24/07
Attention Beatallibangers!
Thanks to all of you for being allies in rock with us. Hope to see you in Europe
over the next 4 weeks! We've been dying to tell you all something pretty important...so
without jacking around too much, here it is....
Beatallica is now officially signed and will be releasing new music legally
on July 10 with Oglio Entertainment.
http://www.oglio.com

We are super excited to be finally doing this! Not only do we get to bring you
new recordings but we also did older, familiar tunes but redone and mastered...the
whole boatload. You'll find new versions of them on the record and we think
it's a powerful jump forward. Hope you dig it!
We'll have more changes to our myspace and site over the next months after we
return from Europe, including streaming audio and other bells and whistles.
For about 2 years now, people have been asking us about releasing a disc. With
the help of Oglio, Sony, Metallica, Beatles camps, and many more folks, we got
the deed done. Many hails go out to all those involved.
We'll be doing a ton of press to go along with the release, so it'll be hard
to miss. Here's some shows to tide you over for now:
Thursday, July 5
at Jigsaw Saloon in Cleveland,
OH (Parma)
5324 State Road
Friday, July 6
at RPMs in Pittsburgh, PA (Bridgeville)
1020 Washington Pike
Saturday, July 7
at B.B. King's in New York City, NY237
W. 42nd St.
We'll be adding more dates to the calendar for the summer, including press appearances,
so watch out for those!
We also want to alert you to a new article by our friends at Cybermonkey
Death Squad. Check it out at:
http://www.cybermonkeydeathsquad.com/indiebands/Beatallica_Interview/
Our live film show at Vnuk's in Milwaukee was a blast. We'll look to post stuff
from it on the web sometime soon--give us a few weeks on that. It's in the all
important "editing" stage. Everyone out there give a big HELL YEAH
to our buds VVeber, Murph Dawg, Carlson, Andre and the gang!
All this has been a long time coming. We think it's worth all the effort and
wait and we think you will too! The disc sound great--the new released tunes
are so much better than the originals and the new unreleased tunes are just
our best work yet. We look forward to sharing this all with you on July 10.
Watch our site, the myspace, the Oglio site,
and any other metal forum for news and updates. Thanks to all of you for being
there for us when times were tough. You Beatallibangers are a special breed,
for sure.
See you on the road!

8/22/06
Hello all. Obviously things have been a bit busy around here. Like that ever changes....
Well, we did it. We completed our search for a lead player and, by George, we think we've got a great one. It seems that our original lead player, Krk Hammettson, had some family secrets. Some deep, dark, evil secrets that only get revealed in the most desperate of times... or at least over a warm 12 pack (which is how the first disc was written, by the way...). Anywayz, in our conversations, we discovered that Krk had a brother who has been locked away in the subterranean of the Mediterranean for some time now. Why he was exiled still remains unclear. But we did confirm something about a beer battered kalamata olive incident that wasn't pretty. We dusted him off, ran him through the paces, made him buy the first round, and are now set to present him to you all.
We are happy to announce that Grg Hammettson is now the new lead player in Beatallica. He brings with him many years of experience in playing live, travelling, recording, being a Beatle maniac and a heavy metal maniac--(insert Exciter reference here). We were really looking for someone to fill the bill in all the important aspects of the position and we believe we've been lucky enough to land the right dude.
Grg will be making his own intro statement sometime soon. He'll also be getting grilled with some questions and his answers wil be up on the site as well. We are hyped to have him in the fold and we're sure you'll be rocked silly once you see and hear him. We'll be sure to have him up for some communication on the bulletin board sometime soon. Now if we could just get him away from those olives....
That's all for now, but not for long....

WEBMASTER 1.0 SEND OFF!!!!
Since I've just accepted a job teaching
in California, I will be
moving not only away from Milwaukee, but from my position as Webmaster
of Puppets. Ever since I first got the Garage Dayz Nite CD from a
friend, I've been a fan of this weird little band, and I hope to ever
remain so. I also worked as the merchandise guy at Beatallica's
concerts, so I've heard all their songs many many times, and am still
not sick of them. Every time I spied someone in the audience "getting
it" for the first time, it took me back to November 2001, when I first
"got it" and was inspired to put the mp3's up on TEH INTARWEB to share
the joy.
So now I move on to new things, but you'll still catch
me on the
message board (as starkeffect) once in a while. And of course, I
eagerly anticipate Beatallica's first West Coast tour (hint, hint..)

Important message from the band:
Hello to all Beatallibangers.
We've been busy working on several different things over the last month: shows for the U.S. and Europe, moving forward on some legal issues, getting some new stuff gathered from the last few shows to put up on the site, and unfortunately, a loss...
Our lead player, Krk Hammettson, real name Michael Brandenburg, has announced to us that he is unable to perform live with Beatallica. He's becoming quite a Renaissance man--now the Mr. Mom of 2 creative kids and has another on the way, due towards the end of September. He's been weighing some options in his life and has come to the conclusion that it's best to be home with the kiddies and their mom, whom some of you know as sk8raw on the Beatallica forum.
With the band looking towards the future with many plans in store, it is possible you may see the former Krk popping up in some places, but it wont be as a live guitar player with Beatallica. He's a close friend of ours and, much like our former bandmate Lee Bruso (Kliff), we've all played together, been in formal events together (tie excluded, please), and have literally grown up together. If there are ways Michael can be involved with the project, and it's best for everyone's time and families, then we would happily look to those days.
Family and community is a great thing. If there is one reason for Michael to not be able to give all the needed aspects to Beatallica, this is a damn good reason. He was a founding member of this oddball band. His creativity, along with the co-songwriting between him and Jaymz, is obviously something we'll miss. You folks out there just should've been at some of the initial songwriting sessions...! We wish him and his family many blessings, much rock, and a raised pint.
Now, this doesn't mean that the band is heading into a long layoff...quite the contrary. We've been looking at some candidates to take Michael's place. Though we wont find anyone with quite the same, uh...panache and affinity for cushy socks, shall we say....(or anyone nearly as skinny) we have narrowed the field to include fans of both The Beatles and Metallica, musicians that are talented, experienced, creative, expressive, and have plenty of punch. We hope to have our decision on someone before long, hopefully no later than a matter of weeks, as we have started to book shows for the fall and have begun talks for early 2007. We'll be ready--we hope you are too! Hell, we were ready to go back out for a road trip after a mere matter of days upon our return home in May. Watch for an announcement on officially booked shows before August is through.
We'll be updating the site shortly. We'd like to include some items from Loopfest, our WGN appearance, and other festival fun. Until then, check out our forum for some Summerfest pics. Thank God poor Ringo didn't yak on stage during that one....It was so hot and we lost so much weight, Krk actually became two-dimensional...
Ok, we'll chat at you soon to introduce a new lad to the fold and to make some gig proclamations. Til then, take it easy, take it sleazy...
PS. The "beatallica@eudoramail.com" email account is no longer working-- please use beatallica@sbcglobal.net instead.

Thanks to all those at each of these locales. It'll be great to hit Madison again. Jaymz will be at a sushi restaurant on State Street sometime on Sunday. If you spot him, he'll buy you some octopus. Summerfest is a Milwaukee tradition and if this year's show is like last year's, then it'll be a blast. And finally, many thanks to the folks at WLUP-The Loop for having us at their festival. Chicago has been huge for us and we look forward to a fantastic time with them all.
Speaking of shows, you know we just got back from Europe. Well, for those of you who couldn't make it out, we have the remaining zombielicious European tour shirts available on our site. Visit the Merch page to check them out. We also have a new girly shirt that looks really sharp, and a bold logo t-shirt. Hails to Carrackserpent and Jason for their help on the art. Of course we still have our classic Choke Your Band and Babydoll Lightning shirts still available.
A huge thanks to everyone who came out to see us overseas. Many of you were repeat offenders from last year. Some of you crazies made a 2 - 3 hour trip. We even met folks who travelled 8 - 10 hours to come see Beatallica! Now that's dedidcation to a cause!
For you movie buffs, you can look for some Beatallica swag in the upcoming movie "Accepted". Thanks to Bill Collage for getting the characters to be Beatallibangers!
Other new stuff on the site includes new pics. Obviously, go to the Pics section for shots of us and friends from the recent stops in Europe. We also came across some rolls of film forgotten from the U.S. east coast tour last winter. We found items from Baltimore, Boston, and New York. Maybe you'll see your shining face on the site?...There is also a section from the WLUP-The Loop session we did in March. Check those out and listen to our live tracks from that session in the Music section.
More fun stuff: go to the bulletin board for links to a new poll we are taking regarding our birthday. You can also find new interviews, blogs, and other fun posts. We appreciate all the Beatallibangers who are willing to help us out in the fun. It's cuz of you that this whole crazy thing spreads and we cheer you for that!
We have several new links on the site as well. Come check out our new friends J.B.O. and Justice from Germany. We spent time at the J.B.O. studios in Nurnburg and did some recording of a J.B.O. classic as well. Come visit not only us, but the folks we call our buds. Better yet, give them a shout and let 'em know you support them and the scene they help to create. It's important, people!
To go along with that, Beatallica is thrilled, and a bit embarrassed, to have been selected by the Wisconsin Area Music Industry for this year's award winner for Nostalgia Act. We were nominated last year as well. We've always strived to be a part of the local scene in Milwaukee and being chosen by our peers is something special.
Lastly, we do want to let you all know that we are making plans to once again leave our hovels to come see some of you before the year is up. Not exactly sure where we will be going, but we aim to destroy some rooms somewhere. Watch for more info on that as the summer goes on. We've been getting people yelling at us to come to areas at home and abroad. Keep yelling...we are hearing you and getting your noise to the right folks.
So alright then. Not much sleep lately, but we welcome all the buzz you are helping us to make. We play each show with the feeling that we are lucky to be here and we will continue to bring you the best show we can. Until we see you or talk to you again, stay heavy, healthy, and hearty!
6/6/06
Happy National Day of Slayer!
We have new shirts! Check our merch page for details. We've also added a new live show date, as part of Milwaukee's legendary Summerfest festival. Beatallica hits the Rock Stage at 6:30 PM, Monday, July 3.
5/3/06
Beatallibanger hywayman1 has just posted a podcast featuring an interview with Beatallica before their London concert, with a little bit of Jaymz's legendary stage banter. Details on our message board.
4/26/06
Beatallica started their European tour in London today, and for the next couple weeks they'll be keeping an online tour diary which you can read (and leave comments at) here:

Happy April Fool's to you! Well, it's been 2 years now since the release of the Gray Album and the website as we pretty much know it. Since then, we've certainly grown as a band. For this April Fool's, we're pleased to bring you some archival shite and some more recent craziness.
First of all, hope you dig the new hi-res pics. You can download all of them for press, Christmas gifts, just to draw on, or whatever. Go to the pics section to check that out. Besides those, Jaymz found a few more films mixed among empty bottles and frozen burrito wrappers. He thinks they are from the east coast tour...or maybe they're of St. Pat's mayhem...either way, we'll let you know soon.
If you check out the music page, you'll now find new live videos from shows over the last year. Starting with April Fool's, 2005, you can now see one of the last shows we did with the critters on our heads, filmed by Mike Weber. Yes, the vermin still exist and are lurking somewhere in the back of Ringo's truck... Other video clips include one from Vienna, Austria and Baltimore, Maryland. Those takes were done in your basic still shot, put the hand-held up on a plank and let 'er roll...so give us a break about the difference in quality! It's all about the fun, right?! It was tough to pick what songs to use and what shows to highlight, but we have more in the bank for later releases.
Hey, our trip to visit WLUP in Chicago was killer! Thanks again to Tim, John, Erin, Nicole, and Guy for having us in. And yes, they invited us back sometime. Until then, enjoy some live tracks from the session, also available on the music page.
We certainly hope to see you at Subterranean on April 1st and
Abbey Pub in Chicago on April 22nd, as well as Mainstage in Waukesha on April
21st. How much better to celebrate April Fool's Day than with a show! The Abbey
Pub show is for the Chicago Really
Short Film Festival and tickets are available now: The
Devil Dolls, will be joining us and tickets
are on sale now at ticketweb for $10 online and $12 at the door the night
of the show:
The Mainstage show will be for their 2 year anniversary so that should be really cool. And oh yes...did we mention the new tune we'll be debuting over April Fool's weekend...? Of course, the title is a secret....
Finally, for those of you up for more April spoofing, Jaymz, Ringo, and Kliff will be appearing at Spoof Fest in Milwaukee on Saturday, April 8th. Go to http://www.vnuks.com for the venue and details. As far as a band they'll be doing, all we can say is both Metallica and the band Beatallica will be in were at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame induction....and nope, it's not Sabbath. Here's another hint: this band sang a lot about whiskey...
Alright then. Hope you find the vids and pics to be entertaining, somewhat horrifying, and a lot of fun. We plan on having more stuff from Europe upon our return. We'll see you soon at a club, pub, or in a yellow sub.
Regards and rock, Beatallica.
3/12/06
Happy St. Pat's season to you all! Though it's the time of jigs
and reels, there is still plenty of Beatallibanging going on. Here's a wee update
to make sure you can see what we're up to...besides pint number 6 today...
Beatallica is hyped to announce that we'll be making a live appearance on WLUP
97.9 FM--The Loop, Chicago's kick ass rock station. We'll be playing live
in the studio, fully plugged in, on Thursday, March 23rd. We should be on about
noon CST. We'll do a few tunes, hang out a bit, and have fun with our new buds.
Thanks to Tim Dukes, Guy Bauer, Nicole Claps, and Erin Carman for getting this
all together for us. Give it a listen as we'll be promoting our 2 Chicago shows
coming up, as well as our 2 Wisconsin area shows:
Friday, March 31 at Kenny B's in Manitowoc, WI
Saturday, April 1 at Subterranean in Chicago--April Fool's show
Friday, April 21 at Mainstage in Waukesha, WI
Saturday, April 22 at Abbey Pub in Chicago
Come check us out before we split for Europe (more info on details, press, and
such to come in the near future). We're working on a few new tunes and hopefully
they'll be ready for those midwestern dates, let alone overseas.
Also, Beatallica is pleased to announce that we've been nominated for the Wisconsin
Area Music Industry award for Nostalgia act once again. We were happy to
be nominated last year and to have 2 years in a row of recognition is really
great for us. We're a band that belives in the power of networking and strong
relationships. We've known the WAMI folks for some time now and it's special
for us to have support at home.
Besides all that, Jaymz has culled the herd of live video that had been taken
during the European and U.S. tours from late last year. We now have the start
of what we want to put up on the website for you. We'll be formatting the live
vids and getting them up on the site soon. We'll also include some footage taken
by our good friend Mike Weber from our April Fool's Night show from last year...one
of the last "wig" shows. It'll be sort of a "that was then, this
is now" deal. Even more, we'll have new hi-res pics for you to check out,
download, and use for whatever you feel. Suitable for framing and putting up
on your mantles or dining room walls.
So alright. We're looking forward to seeing you shortly and giving you more
stuff to sink your teeth into. Until then, slainte and have a great St.
Pat's week!

Ten hut! Yes, it's official...Ringo Larz is doing interviews
now, thanks to his wonderful dial up service for email. What can you expect
from a man who eats with his hands....and I'm referring to used tires for dinner....
Check out this

Thanks to Norton Wayne Holtz for his efforts!

Message from Jaymz:
Hey everyone, hope the grey dayz of January aren't getting you down. It's been quite busy yet around here and there are a lot of pieces to the Beatallipuzzle we've been working on: updating the site with pics, getting dates together, getting other appearances confirmed, working with artists on fun items for 2006, and working in a new bass player.
Our newest member came along with us for the U.S. round of shows last November/December. He's been a friend of ours for many years and he frequents Jaymz' favorite Irish pub so that helps....A little about him: he's mellow, but not on stage, that's for sure; he's highly accomplished in the fact that he teaches guitar and is on the faculty at the Wisconsin Conservatory of Music; he is in a few other projects as well and keeps active with playing and recording besides Beatallica; he's got a killer Russian hat and coat; loves Manowar and the Great Kat; and is an overall good guy.
Before we let you hear from him, we just want to say that Lee Bruso, the Kliff from the last 1 1/2 years has been great to play with. We've all been in Milwaukee-based projects together and, besides that, we've all been a part of each other's personal lives outside of playing music. We know each other's families and have a ton of good memories that don't even involve Beatallica. Family is important to Lee and we entirely understand him putting them first. But we do miss him, being so far away. Since he let us know he was going, we've been trying to come up with a way to make it still work with him. If he ever gets back here, it'll be great to hang out, do a monkey dance around a campfire, and crash through screen doors together. The rest of you just had to be there....
So, with that being said, let me introduce to you...the new man that drank 1,000 beers...
"...So I am at home doing some baking, playing Bond on PS2, waiting to go teach kids of all ages how to rock. I have this crazy thought like "Wow man, for the first time in forever my life really seems orderly and chill. (breathe sigh of contentment) Suddenly, I get this call from Jaymz. "Hey Man, you got a few minutes to talk?" He sez. I have known/jammed/partied/Spoofed with Jaymz for years so I say "Sure man, whats up?"
That few minutes turned into a solid hour, followed by further conversations, many pints shared, and plans made, and a two week East Coast tour! Auf Wiedersehen to any illusion of order in my life!
I have been a local guitarist for the last 20 years. Teaching for a living, playing for fun and gas money usually, though I supported myself through music school playing "the best of the 50s,60's,70's,80s and Today!" I knew Krk from high school and met him again in 1574. He turned me on to Spooffest where Krk, Ringo, and I were involved with an excellent Iron Maiden spoof (more like a tribute if you ask me!), and a mammoth Pink Floyd spoof. Later Jaymz and I were in a Tesla spoof together and the circle was complete. Now I am rocking guitar and bass with many great bands. See http://www.myspace.com/blackenstang if you really care.
My newguy #1 FAQ so far is: "Will you continue the persona Kliff McBurtney?" My best answer comes from Krk's lips saying, "Kliff McBurtney is the guy who plays the black Beatle bass with Beatallica." That's it. As many of you know, Krk can be heard on all the studio tracks appearing as Kliff Mcburtney, so I'll take his word on it. Regarding the man formerly known as Kliff (who I once let smash a '74 Gibson 12-string during a Scorpion's spoof), I'd like to think of us as friends, as we all have been before this band started. I hope that he harbors no hard feelings toward the band, but like any 2500 mile relationship, eventually folks will get with someone else. I wish Lee and his family the best of luck, and hope to see them when we make it out to the left coast. Til then I hope to fill his Misfit Shirt and RAGE MAJORLY for you all!
Pet peave: The Fuks who come to Beatallica shows and stand like a fukin' oilpainting in the back of the room. This isn't the movie house this is fukin' live music, so move around and enjoy yourself, damnit!!! If you hate those assholes too, I, tertiary adjuct to Kliff McBurtney personally invite you come up in front and rage with me! Feed me your Beatallibanger energy! Let me feel the Ängst!
NeuKliff"
In other quick news, Jaymz did speak with our European agent over the week. There have been some anxious bangers out there talking about tour dates. We've always had a goal of announcing OFFICIAL dates by February 1. There are always a few details that need to be determined before announcing can be done. Believe me, we want to get those dates to you "post haste", as Flemball Rasmartin would say. Look for an official email sent to those on the list very soon, confirming all the dates we will have.
Until then, thanks for your patience and all your writing in to hassle us. Believe us when we say, it means a hella lot!

Hell-ohh! Things here are mega busy, so let's get right to it.
We have another show set for the April Fools weekend. The new one is Friday, March 31 in Manitowoc, WI. Thanks to Ozzy for the help with the set up. Check out the "tour" page for details. It will be nice to get to a place we haven't been before...
Speaking of something like that, here's another place we haven't been yet--The Onion A.V. club online. But we will be soon, thanks to Kyle Ryan from the Chicago office. Beatallica will be a feature sometime in February. I've been an Onion fan since the early days when it was a black and white paper of 8 pages out of Madison.
More media news. Our article in Metal Maniacs hits the streets later this month. Liz Ciavarella and Caroline Dworin have been a huge help in this and we give them a full salute. Hope to see you back in NYC very soon!
We have put up even more pics from our trip out east, as well as past pics from a Chicago show last September (thanks, Ken...again!). We're also working on a thumbnail outlet for easy viewing. Check out the "pics" section for all the new shots.
Even more regarding Chicago. Sometime during the month of March, we plan on performing live on a few great radio stations--The Loop and WLUW. More info to come on that very soon.
One can always stay in touch and informed by signing up on the email list. Hit the "contacts" page and hit the link. Until we see you on the road, or talk to you on the web, take care and stay heavy! Jaymz and Beatallica.
12/24/05
New live tracks and pictures await you! For those of you on our mailing list, Jaymz will be sending you a note soon. If you're not on our mailing list, what are you waiting for?
12/18/05
Once again, one of our favorite mags, Revolver, has us in their most recent issue (Pantera cover). Check us out on page 34. Also, we are pleased to be sharing the page with some friends of ours, The Thunderlords. You can link to them via our links page. Alan has been super cool and we wish him well in his fun endeavors!
In other press news, check out our press page for more new stories from the recent U.S. dates. More to come on that, including an article in Metal Maniacs that will hit the streets in late January. Thanks to Liz and Caroline for a fun time over dinner and all their help with this!
We'll be updating our press kit in early 2006. You can download it from our press page so you can see our bio, press page, and quotes from Beatallibangers around the world.

Ho-ho-HOOAHHHH! Man, it's cold and sloppy as hell here at home. Now that we're back, we've had time to update the site with new pics from Europe, add new links, and talk about some new thoughts....
Overall, the shows went well. Of course, Boston thought they outdid New York, who thought they outdid Philadelphia, who thought they outdid Chicago, who just about crushed everyone. Really, at each city, we met some really cool folks and some interesting folks. Hell, the first nite, in Columbus, we met a member of the roller derby! WOOAHHH-AH!!
Big thanks go out to Bryan Dilworth and Howard Wuelfing for their help in this. We look forward to another trip out to the east coast. Also, we met some really fun bands--who can forget Dingleberry Dynasty in Baltimore?!?!
Wow, man. Those dudes were something else.... Check out the links section for them and our buds The Siderunners from Chicago-ohh!
In other educational mumbo-jumbo, we had the chance to hit the Empire State Building for a 2 hour meeting with the students from Belmont University. That nite in Hell's Kitchen was a killer. Extreme hails to E. Michael Harrington for his invitation and iron will.
We do have some shows live on tape and audio and we will be going through those over the next months to add them to the site. We've taped about 8 shows and we'll pick some tunes and favorite performances from the States and Europe.
Speaking of both the States and Europe, we are soon to announce show dates for both. Watch the site for details, or sign up on the email list at beatallica@sbcglobal.net
A big hell-ohh goes out to our bass player who is residing in Seattle. We missed you, man. Hope the great Northwest had better weather than we had. I think we played in an igloo in Detroit....
There are other folks who were helpful as well. Though we didn't get to Cleveland, Dayton, or Akron (except for a few hours to crash in a jacuzzi with some locally brewed beer), a big yell goes out to Eagle for his starting the MySpace Beatallica board. Please visit us on MySpace and tell Eagle he rocks! I, personally, am not the greatest web surfer, but the help of his board is well-noted by us all. Also, it was great to have Patton/Beatallibanger1 at Subterranean. His help via the web and digital communication is so appreciated!
So, yeah. Like Europe, we learned some, rocked a hella lot, and made many new friends we hope to be in touch with for a long time. As a band, we're looking forward to returning to various cities and improving on what we've started. As an individual, I'm quite happy to be getting more than 4 - 5 hours of sleep a nite but I already miss not playing nearly each and every eve.
Until very soon from now, heavy holidayz to you all! Jaymz and Beatallica.
5/6/05
Welcome back, Beatallibangers!
First of all, thanks are in order to some folks who have counselled and supported us during the last couple months:
We've added a bunch of new stuff to the site, with more to come in the near future.
YOKO UP YOUR ASS!

Today I (the Webmaster of Puppets) was served with my own Cease-and-Desist letter, which arrived at my house via Certified Mail. It basically says the same things as the one sent to our ISP, but has some additional detail you might want to check out.
The online petition is going great! The petition site seems to go up and down a lot, but be patient, and it'll be back so you can add your name to the growing list of Beatallibangers around the world that are in our corner. Thank you, dudes!

MESSAGE FROM BEATALLICA TO THE BEATALLIBANGERZ
Yo—ooh—wooaahhhh—ah, dudez! Hope your garage dayz are treating you well as this message comes to you. We have quite a few things to cover, so let’s get right into it…
So, yeah. If you are seeing this news update, you are now aware of the cease and desist letter sent to our ISP by Sony. And that is just it. The cease and desist was sent to our ISP and not Beatallica or Beatallica, L.L.C. All we can say right now, is that we are looking into the matter and we will keep you all posted. Is there a chance our ISP could pull the site? Sure there is. Does Sony want the News, Music, Lyrics, and Merch sections removed? Yes, they do. This does not affect Beatallica’s ability to perform live shows. More on that in just a bit.
Let it be known that Beatallica, at this moment, is NOT getting sued by anyone in Metallica or by any living Beatle. Jaymz actually had a conversation with Lars Ulrich since the cease and desist was sent and we’re happy to say that the Metallica camp is fully behind us and the integrity of Beatallica. Lars was very personable and we’re thankful to have his personal time with all this. Over the last few dayz, there have been bangers from all over the world writing to us or writing on blogs/sites that have had concerns, comments, and rants about what is happening or what will happen. We do appreciate each and every one of you who is on our side, really. We know who our allies are and we look forward to extending relationships with the present folks who are Beatallibangers and Beatallibangers to come in the near future. We want to address the situation with the correct parties and come to a conclusion.
We do have a concern about the site, of course. If any of you reading this want to be on our private email list, please let us know by writing: beatallica@sbcglobal.net. You can ask to be put on the list by writing into the bulletin board and starting a new post or by contacting us via the booking mail address as well. If the site goes down, the sbcglobal address will get you to us for email sign up, booking contact, merch contact, and everything else associated with Beatallica.
More to follow on all of this, to be sure. We’re getting quite the influx of requests for radio appearances, mag articles, and more. Thanks to Neeley from The Classic Metal Show for all his help! www.theclassicmetalshow.com. Watch sites like Blabbermouth or look for updates in other areas of the media. But please remember, you will always hear the actual situation from us and we will keep you posted..
So, other stuff. Because of our “situation” that we want to clear up, we may be delaying the release of the mystery song. It’s done, sounds great, and we’re ready to release it. We do, however, want to make sure it’s accessible to everyone and goes up with a bang and doesn’t get lost in any sort of mumbo-jumbo. Can’t wait for you all to hear it in whatever language. We are playing it out for upcoming shows, along with two other new songs. There’s a lot of creative steam right now in Beatallica and we can’t wait to bash with you all!
Speaking of that, we do have show updates that will be on the Show section of the site. Here are the confirmed details as of right now: The Friday, March 4th show at Mainstage in Waukesha will be with Cicero Yard and Ultra Magnus. A new show has been confirmed for Vnuk’s Lounge in Milwaukee on Friday, April 1st. That is not only an appropriate date, but also the one year anniversary of the Gray Album. The Thursday, April 28th show at The Gasthaus at University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee is free, all-ages, and you can have beers if you’re over 21—sweet! All Beatallica for 2 hours on that one. We do have a new show on Friday, April 29th at The Klinic Bar in Madison, WI with Flat Atom. Looking forward to getting back up there for sure. Lastly, in preparation for Milwaukee’s Summerfest, we have Saturday, June 25th set for Vnuk’s again with a TBA.
Final news. Beatallica was nominated for a Wisconsin Area Music Industry award for 2005, www.wamimusic.com. It’s a pleasure to be in that company as Jaymz has been with WAMI for some time now and his other projects are as well. The announcement on the winner comes out on Monday, April 25th.
Hope we can rock you for years to come and that you can visit us and see our entire site, without being scourged, for as long as possible. Looking forward to seeing some and all of you soon. Thanks for being Beatallibangerz—YOKO UP YOUR ASS!!
Jaymz, Krk, Kliff, Ringo, Flemball, D^2
Beatallica and Beatallica, L.L.C.
Well, the response to yesterday's news has been nothing short of astounding! Thanks to everyone for your support. If you want to show solidarity, Beatallibanger pigpog_s has graciously set up an online petition you can sign.
Just to clarify-- Sony/ATV didn't send the cease-and-desist letter to us, they sent it to our ISP, theplanet.com. It's up to their legal department whether the site stays online or not. This strategy has been attempted before, with DJ Danger Mouse's Grey Album. Their machinations didn't work then, and they won't work now.
We've been served! Sony/ATV Music Publishing, which owns the publishing rights to much of the Beatles catalogue, is threatening legal action if we don't take down most of the site (all the songs, all the lyrics, all the merchandise).
You can read the cease-and-desist notice here.
The hi-fidelity (FLAC) torrents are back online! Go check 'em out on the music
page.
Just a quick correction: There was a Vnuk's show listed on Saturday 3/05/05.
This show is actually on Friday, 3/04/05.
As you may have noticed, the site layout has changed
once again!! Some new additions you may want to check out are the pics
page and band bio's (coming soon). I will be updating
these sections regularly so make sure to look out for future updates!! As always,
suggestions and comments are always welcome!
~Beatallibabe
Heavy holidayz to youuuu-AH! Just wanted to chime in on how things are going in a number of areas…
First off, the recording of the "mystery song" is going great.
So great, in fact, that translations are still coming in. Originally, we set
the deadline at the end of October or something. We've had folks from all over
the world come upon the site and see the submission requests and they've been
enthusiastic about helping out. We've recorded many but now have more on the
shelf. So here's what we're gonna do.
After having a conversation with Flemball Rasmartin, our recording engineer,
we decided to record all the translations and release the song(s) all at once.
We thought that only releasing the ones we have done would take away from the
later releases. Also, with the late translations coming in, that would mean
those lyrical versions wouldn't get mastered in time for the end of the year.
As Flemball put it, "I don't want the project to sound half-assed." So we will
give Flemball, and you, an entire ass worth of banging and wait until all the
translations are done and mastered.
Now before some of you get to cursing at us, keep in mind that Flemball and
I are extremely efficient in the studio. We expect the entire ass to be released
while there is still snow on the ground in our part of the world. Around Valentine's
Day, to be more exact. Does that give you a hint as to what tune we may be doing…?
Thanks to all the translators so far. Some of them have been very thorough.
Some have made me struggle, to be sure. For those of you who sent in translations
that weren't phonetically written out, all I can ask is that you have mercy
on my annunciation! We even have some outtake material of me tripping all over
the place, trying to get words out, to share with you. I know you won't really
know just how fun, challenging, and humbling this project is for me personally!
Secondly, Krk will be putting up some new pix this week. Check out the site for other pix from our shows in El Paso, Chicago, Cleveland (yes, Eagle, that's you, DUDE!), Milwaukee, and Madison. Maybe some of you will see your mugs on the site in a jiffy.
As far as shows planned, we do have 2 pretty solid confirmations:
Friday, March 4th, in Waukesha and Thursday, April 27, in Milwaukee. We're talking
with some folks out east about getting out there in the springtime. That would
be great if that could come to pass as we have a ton of you bangers out in the
New York area. We're planning for summer festivals as well and those will be
announced as the spring rolls along.
For those of you coming to live shows, we're happy to say that we have 3 new
songs we're doing live. We can't wait to play them for you! One is an anthemic
sort of bruiser, one is dark as hell, and the other is just a rip-roaring jam.
Hope you dig all of them!
If you are not on the e-mail list, let us know if you'd like to be. Write into
the "lycos" mail via the site and we'll add you to the news we send out. We
don't share addresses as that's just stupid.
All in all, 2004 has been quite an experience for us. We've learned a lot about
ourselves, how the band works, how to be most efficient, what we can do to make
the band better, and what we can do to make the new ideas really shine. There's
been some of you out there who have stuck with us from the beginning, and to
you we are eternally grateful. Some of you have just jumped on board, and we're
happy as hell to have you along with us. Other bangers have picked up a shirt
or other merch at a show. It's really cool to know that you want to support
the cause in this way. We've met some great folks in the industry including
bookers, tech folks, musicians, promo folks, media, and more. It's everyone
pushing an idea that makes it work. All the dudes (and beatallibabes) mentioned
are part of something we won't ever forget.
So there you have it. Hope that you really enjoy the new tune-we sure do! We look forward to its release and playing it for you live very soon. We'll keep you posted on these things and more. Until then, we wish you all a great new year, wherever you are around the world. Please take care of yourselves so we can see you in 2005!
Here's raising a brew to you all,
Jaymz
Greetings everyone,
It is with a sad heart that I make my first post here in the news section. We are all well aware of the tragic passing of Dimebag Darrell Abbott and I just want to say a few words about it on behalf of the band. Its been almost a week and I don't think its quite sunk in. Its hard to understand how someone could see fit to rob the world of not only one of the greatest guitarists its ever put forth but even more so, one of its most vibrant souls. I've never had the opportunity to meet Dime personally but it was prevalent that he lived for his music, his family, his friends and his fans. It seemed that he went out of his way to make sure that everyone around him was having as much fun as he was and that your happiness was important to him. If any good can come out of such a violent ordeal its that we could all pull together and aspire to be more like him in this respect. He is definitely missed.
Our hearts go out to Dime, his family, friends and fans, as well as the other victims and their familys. Our next performance this Saturday will be done in honor of them all.
Much love and respect,
Kliff
Howdy, everyone...Krk here, sippin' a Sam Adams and gearing up to watch the Beatles Anthologoy on DVD with my gal (yeah, I know, I can't believe it's taken me this long to catch the extended version either. Serve me up a big slice o' humble pie!). Jaymz wanted me to give you all the skinny on what's happenin' in the Beatallica gestalt, so here ya go...
The Ear Candy interview is online at http://earcandy_mag.tripod.com/beatallica.htm. Although I didn't get interviewed (harumph!) it's a pretty cool read. I'm certainly looking forward to dancing like a dwarf around this cat's Stonehedge replica.
We're gearing up for the Christmas show on the 18th at Vnuk's in Cudahy, Wisconsin. We're proud to announce that Kickstand will be the opener. We've got word that some tried and true Beatallibangers will be making a special pilgrimage up to join in on the fiasco, so a splendid time is garaunteed for all...
In other news, I've been holed away in the studio with Flemball Rassmartin laying down drum, bass, and guitar tracks for the Xmas song. I've managed to not break anything yet, so that's a plus. I'm totally jazzed about the results so far...now it's up to Jaymz to try and do his Hetfield impersonation in, like, twenty different languages...
So that's all for tonight...I'm off to catch up on the lads and get some grub in my belly. Cheerz! Krk
The translations keep rolling in! So far we have complete translations of the Beatallica Christmas special in Dutch, Polish, Italian, and Hungarian.
Message from Jaymz:
Happy Hal-loooohh-weeeeen! I totally love this time of year, dudes! Each time I walk through woods and piles of leaves it reminds me of long ago when I used to blast Don't Break the Oath by Mercyful Fate and get crazy with my fellow bangers in the Cudahy Park woods. Oh, wait, I just did that last weekend….!
So, speaking of Halloween, we have a treat for you. Be sure to visit the site on Halloween nite for the release of 4 live songs. We're putting up 2 from the Cleveland show and 2 from the Madison show. Of course, they will be available for FREE. But no hints as to what songs. I will say this though: expect a guest appearance on one and a new track for another.
The Cleveland show sounds great thanks to Matt, Chris, and Billy at the Hi-Fi. The Madison show was sent to me personally by a certain friend and ally who plays in a certain band and who has an affinity for Gene Simmons masks and Beatles music. Hmmmmmmmm……
We're still collecting translations for our end of the year new song release. Scroll down this page for news on all the sordid details. We stop collecting translations soon so get off your ass and send us your best!! I'm looking forward to the challenge of singing everything as best I can. I slaughter the English language on a regular basis so, please, bear with me!
For those of you in the Wisconsin/Illinois area, we hope to see you on Saturday, November 13th at The Mainstage in Waukesha. Watch the Waukesha Freeman for an article on the band in November.
I can't by-pass the opportunity to thank you all for pushing the site meter over 300,000 on October 18th! I go to the site nearly every day. So do the rest of the dudes. We consistently try to keep up with mail and all that stuff. We hope that we get to you all as we can cuz you dudes all simply rule. Watch the site for a new pics section coming soon.
Lastly, we hope that you join us on Halloween nite for downloading and destruction! Obviously times will vary for you depending on where you are in the world. We're really happy with the performances and it was tough to choose which songs to put up. We want to put up new stuff, not just the same ol' same ol'…. Maybe, by November sometime, you'll push that site meter close to 400,000?!?!?
Hella haunting to you! I'll be dressing as a bull this year. I already have the horns…..
Jaymz
Well, the response for translations has been awesome! So far we've got Beatallibangers working on versions in:
(Any Esperanto speakers out there?)
Also, a new Wisconsin live date has been added. See the shows page for details.
Yeee-aah-yyy-eeeahh, how the hell are you?!
Wanted to send out a message to everyone just to keep you all up on what's going on with us. It's been super busy around here so here's the scoop:
First off, much thanks to the folks from The Metal Show and The Classic Metal Show for a cool time in Cleveland. We're expecting to have live material up on the site from that show soon. "The disc is in the mail" according to Beatallibangers Matt Wardlaw and Chris Akin. Check em out at www.themetalshow.com. We may be putting up a live interview as well from www.theclassicmetalshow.com. Thanks to Neeley for that! And hats off to D.X. Ferris from Cleveland Scene for a killer article at www.clevescene.com.
So the Milwaukee show at Vnuk's was simply fabulous! So much so that were announcing a special Christmas bashing. Come see us at Vnuk's Lounge, 5036 S. Packard Ave in Cudahy, WI. Showdate is Saturday, December 18th. Maybe Krk Kringle himself will make an appearance! Our good friend Jason Williams is working hard on getting our live film stuff together from this last Milwaukee gig. We'd like to get pieces of that up sometime too. We will be using the shots for a promo video and some of the area Beatallibangers will get their mugs on the finished product. You can see fresh pics from the show via on of the posts on our message board, thanks to Beatallibabe!
Hey, we got mail in our post office box from Maf and Kiara. Our Italian metal militia sent us a postcard from Mauritius when they were on holiday. That was very cool! Next time though, you gotta take us with you! But still, we'll take a friendly card from anyone from anywhere. Hope your time there was major fun in the sun!
For those of you interested in other articles to check out, here's some choices: www.onmilwaukee.com, www.jsonline.com, www.shepherd-express.com. Thanks to Jason Biel, Gemma Tarlach, and Brian Barney for all your help! Also thanks to Marcus Allen from Lazer 103, John Jagler from WTMJ 620 AM, Terri Hemmert from WXRT's Breakfast with the Beatles, and Kenny Newman from Rock 102.1 for on air help!
This message wouldn't be complete without mentioning the Dream Theater show in Madison on September 5th. Those dudes and all their crew were simply a pleasure to work with. Mike Portnoy even graced the stage for "…And Justice for all My Loving", full in Ringo Larz' Beatle jacket. Definitely looking forward to seeing them all again. See our message board for more details on the show!
We have a few other shows, besides the Milwaukee show to announce, and we're "this close" to doing that. We are also working on new tunes besides the 4 other new ones we've been playing out live. Can't wait to get some new thrash and throttle out to you! We'll be making some pleas to all you bangers out there who don't speak English as a primary language. You'll see what we mean-we're going to need your help very soon on a special project we're very excited about. Watch the "news", bulletin board, and Yahoo group for word on this later this week…
So, until then, we hope to see you soon-wherever you may roam… Yoko up your ass!!
Jaymz
About to leave for the Cleveland gig. Even if you can't make it, you can still hear the concert live over the web on The Classic Metal Show. The show will be archived there as well.
And here's a link to an article from the Cleveland Scene about Beatallica.
8/4/04
Good news and bad news...
First the bad news-- the show at the Cubbybear Lincolnshire this Friday has been postponed. The band definitely wants to play in Chicago again soon, so keep checking back for details!
Now the good news-- Beatallica will be opening for Dream Theater on Sunday, September 5 at the Barrymore Theater in Madison, WI. Thanks to Mike Portnoy for inviting us!
A bunch of new fan art has been uploaded as well. Check it out.
We now have babydoll T-shirts available for the ladies! We've also rejiggered our shipping charges to be a little more realistic. Now shipping is $5 + $2 for each additional T-shirt, instead of $5 for every shirt.
Thanks to everyone who came out to see the band last weekend in Chicago-- read all about it on our Message Board. For upcoming shows, see the shows page.
New tour date! Beatallica will be playing in Cleveland at the Hi-Fi Club on August 7. Thanks to Chris from The Metal Show for setting us up!
You can now download three tracks from the El Paso show:
Hey Dude (w/ audience participation)
Everybody's Got a Ticket to Ride...
I Want To Choke Your Band
And if you're in the Milwaukee-Chicago area, you now have four opportunities to see Beatallica live in the coming months. Click on "tour" on the menu at left for dates and places.
We also have a new "press" section where you can read articles and interviews, and download our snazzy press kit.
We're back from El Pasoooo-OH! Many bangs of the head to KLAQ for being such cool hosts. They've posted some concert pictures on their web site. We'll have some of our own up here soon.
Beatallica will be playing live around the Midwest this summer; watch this page for details.
In other news, Beatallibanger John from the UK has informed us that James Hetfield likes Beatallica too! From the latest issue of Kerrang! Magazine:
KERRANG: Have you ever heard Beatallica?
JAMES: Yeah. I heard that. That was amazing. Someone put a lot of thought and talent into that man!
KERRANG: Are you being sarcastic?
JAMES: No, not at all. I heard it on-line. It was about a year ago, or more. It was pretty amazing. It was pretty well thought out so I'm glad there's people like that in the world to do that and it's very entertaining for us, for sure!
So there you go; all the surviving members of the classic Metallica lineup are on record saying they like Beatallica.
Blogger Jeremy Brendan has posted a long, informative interview with the boyz.
It's official! Beatallica will be playing live on May 31 at BalloonFest in El Paso, Texas, hosted by KLAQ-FM, who have been playing the hell out of the Beatallica albums. This will be the first gig out of hopefully many more to come!
For those of you who have been craving tablatures, Krk has graciously created some, with more to come. These tabs are in Guitar Pro 4 format:
Sgt. Hetfield's Motorbreath Pub Band
A Garage Dayz Nite
Blackened the USSR
We Can Hit The Lightz
Message from Jaymz:
YEEE-AAHH-YYEE-AAAHHH!! HOW THE HELL ARE YOOOUUUUU?!
Well the last 30 days have just been really incredible. Since the new site went up, we've had over 100,000 hits, thousands and thousands of downloads, and innumberable glasses raised in honor of Beatallibangers around the world. I've talked on-line to folks in America, U.K., Ireland, Germany, Brazil, Australia, Colombia, Denmark, Italy, Serbia, Russia, Mexico, and more. My fingers are extra dexterous thanks to you all. We've been trying to keep up on mail as possible and we'll continue to do so.
Also, thanks to those of you who have give us support in other ways such as picking up a shirt, spreading the word of Beatallica to friends, passing it on to radio and magazines, or likewise. We've had a lot of media contact over the last month and we thank all those journalists and jocks who are giving us the attention. Big thanks to those of you who've helped the site stay afloat and get the tunes to waiting bangers. We'll have the new server completely configured soon and the old server company executives will be hunted down and flayed just as soon as Kliff gets done sharpening his weapons…
Over the next few weeks and months, look for some changes, additions, and news that will be (hopefully) cool for all of us. We're looking into other merch, fun stuff, and even new Beatallica suits for us. The band has even been working on new tunes as your zeal has inspired us to be ever creative as we can be. For you Beatallibangers writing in with song title ideas or fan art-you deserve a cheer!
Speaking of writing, I just wanted to make a comment about the bulletin board and yahoo group. It's totally killer that there are folks out there that not only dig the stuff, but want to write in, share opinions, even give us criticism. Just play as nice as you can. Remembah Het doesn't always "Fight Fire with Fire". I'm currently involved in 2 other projects where there have been on-line bashings that reached the point of serious harassment. It's great to have an opinion but, so you know, "All You Need is Love.".
We're looking forward to a helluva summer with the project and all of you. We'd love to meet some of you sometime soon. I know we say that a lot these days, but believe me, we're working on that aspect very diligently. Now, keep giving us a look. We have plans, diabolic and metalholic.
Best wishes and Yoko up your ass!
Jaymz
We just passed 100,000 hits since April 1! That's too much metal for one hand! \mm/
We also now have a post office box, so if you want to buy something from us with a check or money order, now you can! Our address is on the contact page.
The band has been approached by several different agencies to play LIVE. As soon as dates and places are confirmed, they'll be posted here.
All the mp3's are up, thanks to mathowie from MeFi and Shoko from Japan. So now all the mp3's are mirrored in America, Japan, and The Netherlands. God bless the internet.
In other news, since the company from which I arranged to lease a dedicated server didn't respond to any of my emails, I've decided to go with servermatrix.com, and the new server should be up tomorrow. As soon as that is up, I will move all Beatallica stuff there and change the DNS redirections, so there may be a time when this site is unreachable. It's only temporary dudes (and dudettes)!
A CD-quality version of the new EP is now available via BitTorrent. Just click on "hi-fidelity torrent" on the songs page if you've got BitTorrent installed. Thanks to Sharing The Groove for letting us use their tracker. I will have a CD-quality torrent of A Garage Dayz Nite available later this week.
Thank you for all of your help and your greatly supportive emails. This has been quite an adventure so far, and we've only just begun...
Thanks to Eddy from The Netherlands, all the mp3's for A Garage Dayz Nite are back online. You rock Eddy! \m/
The dedicated server I ordered 11 days ago is still not online, so I'm calling out to the Beatallibangerz to help us out with moving Beatallica to a new internet home. Here's what we need:
- about 500 GB of bandwidth per month
- a reasonable price
- prompt, courteous, and helpful customer support
That's it! If you have a suggested host, or you yourself can make us an offer, email me!
Over 13,000 people visited this site yesterday. WHOOOAAAHHH-OHHHH!
Beatallica's made Pitchfork. The ensuing traffic has been so heavy that I had to take down some of the mp3's to ease the burden on our good friends at MeFi. I might have to take all of 'em down later today.
If you're new to the site, please use the torrents if you can, or look for the tracks on p2p before you download them here. We need all the bandwidth we can spare! Thank youuuu-ah!
update: all the mp3's are down except for "Everybody's Got a Ticket to Ride..." We need mirrors, quick! Help us out so we can continue to spread mirth and METAL throughout the world!
The mp3's are back!
Thanks to Matthew Haughey over at MetaFilter, the mp3's have a new home. \m/
10,000 hits in four days! As Jaymz would say, "HELL YEAHHHHHHHH-AH!"
The torrents are going great-- so far there's been 2,200 copies of the new EP and 1,300 copies of "A Garage Dayz Nite" downloaded to Beatallibangerz all over the world. If you're still confused about how to use a torrent to get the EP, just download and install a BitTorrent client. You can get one here, or here. There are others out there, but I recommend one of those two because they don't install spyware on your computer. Once you've installed the client, just click on the torrent links on the songs page, and you're ready to rock!
Right now we're using the Sharing The Groove tracker, but we'd like to have a backup just in case they kick us off. If you can recommend a good, stable tracker, send me a note, or post something on our Bulletin Board. Thank you dude!
The new server is supposed to come online tonight. Or that's what they tell me anyway.
The new tunes are back online, at least for a while. Thanks to Lenny from NYC for lending us a hand!
I have also added torrents for each of the EP's. If you don't know what a torrent is, you should! Go here for an explanation. Basically, the more people who use them, the faster the downloads are. Pretty killer.
Remembah that metal lives in your heart!
Welcome to the new Beatallica website!
Important message from the webmaster:
The mp3's are temporarily offline. Today's intense demand for ruthless metal fury is gobbling up bandwidth like a demon, and at the rate it's going now we'll reach our monthly limit in a few hours! Hopefully our dedicated server will come online soon (it was supposed to be ready by today, but delays delays...) and we can put the mp3's back up.
"A Garage Dayz Nite" is all over the P2P networks, as well as a few BitTorrents, so you can easily find it there. The new tunes are on Soulseek already, and probably a few other places by now.
Alternatively, if a few of you Beatallibangers with some bandwidth to spare would be willing to temporarily host a song or two on your own servers, not only would you have our gratitude, but the gratitude of thousands upon thousands of fans.
If you can help us out, post something on our new Bulletin Board.
Thank you dude!

Message from Jaymz
HEYYY-YYYEAAAH DUUUDES!!
Jaymz here. Just wanted to say cheers to you and all the Beatallibangers around the world who have written to us, given us a "Hell, yeah!", let their ears bleed and speakers melt, and basically followed Beatallica to the new site and new tunes. We hope you find things to be easier on the eyes and a cool deal to look at and listen to. Thanks to Marleen Kiral for her kick ass-ness and willingness to lend a hand. I'm raising a cold one to you and D^2 right now-ah!
We think the new shit sounds killer and we hope you do too. Shane, our Flemball RasMartin, worked his ass off to bring you a fun disc. We've had so many downloads of Garage Dayz Nite but, believe you me-ahh, this new disc is even more crushing!
Special thanks to all the fan art creators for efforts beyond the call of metal militia duty. You are indisposable heroes to us! Please check out the links on the site other solid individuals who have given us their time and attention when we didn't expect a damn thing.
There will be more fun shit and surprises as the months roll by: soundboards, guitar tabs, a musical Christmas card, new pix, and all sorts of crazy mayhem. We're trying like hell to keep this fun for you and us. Hella good job so far, people!
Lastly, to the Beatallibangers: fuck, YEEAAHHH!! You've given us something we never thought we'd receive. You write from every corner of the globe, you create yahoo-ooooh groups, you ask us to play live (which we're ready for--just trying to make it a realistic and good thing), you scream at us for tunes and give us input on future Beatallibashing songs. Some of you have been spot on in your suggestions as we have piles of stuff in the Beatallibank that matches, to some extent, your creativity on titles! It's cuz of you that we're around, raising hell. It's getting tough to write to all of you regularly and, for this, we're sorry but thankful there's so many of you. Keep on writing and we'll keep on trying.
In closing, here's to you and to having a beer and a jammin' time with you soon. Until then, YOKO UP YOUR ASS! Thank you, dudes….
